From advertisers:
- Name, business name, email address, and phone number submitted through our contact forms
- Payment information processed through third party payment processors
- Ad creative materials (images, videos) you submit for display

From venue partners:
- Business name, owner name, email address, phone number, and business address
- Information about your existing hardware and space

From website visitors:
- Basic analytics data including pages visited, time on site, and general location
- Device type and browser information
- Any information voluntarily submitted through forms

3. How We Use Your Information 

We use collected information to:
- Contact you about your inquiry or account
- Process payments for advertising services
- Schedule and manage ad placements
- Send monthly performance reports to advertisers

4. QR Code and Engagement Tracking 

Our advertising service uses trackable QR codes assigned to each advertiser. When a viewer scans a QR code, we collect scan count, time of scan, and general location data. This data is shared with the advertiser in monthly reports. No personally identifiable information about viewers is collected through QR code scans.

5. Third Party Services 

We use third party tools to operate our business including payment processors, email services, analytics platforms, and screen management software. These providers have their own privacy policies and we encourage you to review them. We are not responsible for their data practices.

6. Data Retention 

We retain your information for as long as your account or business relationship is active. If you request deletion of your data we will remove it within 30 days unless we are required to retain it by law.
