Refund Policy
Effective Date: June 1, 2026
1. General Policy
All purchases made through Local Window are subject to the terms outlined below. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this refund policy.
2. Advertising Purchases
All advertising purchases are non-refundable once your ad has gone live on any Local Window screen.
If you have paid for future ad days that have not yet run and you wish to cancel, you may request a credit to your Local Window account within 48 hours of your original purchase. Credits may be applied to future ad runs and do not expire.
We do not issue cash refunds for change of mind, failure to submit ad creative on time, or low engagement with your ad.
3. Technical Issues
If a technical failure on Local Window's end prevents your ad from displaying during your paid period we will credit those missed days to your account. Credits will be applied within 5 business days of the reported issue being confirmed.
To report a technical issue contact adeola@localwindow.co within 72 hours of the missed display date.
4. Duplicate Purchases
If you were charged twice for the same order contact us immediately at adeola@localwindow.co. Verified duplicate charges will be refunded within 5 business days.
5. Venue Partners
Venue partner compensation is paid monthly for the prior month of active screen hosting. If a screen is removed or deactivated mid-month compensation will be prorated for the days the screen was active.
